For those keeping up (or trying to) with the eBay auction of the purported Obama birth certificate from Kenya I have communicated with the seller via ebay

Hi, thanks for your note. The Barack Obama Birth Certificate auction is up again, for a 4th time. The auction number is 160345151420. You'll probably have to search for it by the auction number as of right now. The auction is still new and might not show up in a listing name seach just yet. Excellent....it’s sounding like she picked up something she ‘thinks’ is the real deal. Who knows?
I can sure see that happening ....He/She would be sure they had something if they went directly to the hospital where it was issued or to the government office. If they got it from a friend or off the street Im sure it would be a fraud.... but if that is the case I would think the US and Kenya would be flooded with fake COLBs. The seller has a pretty good story...simple ...concise, certainly pssible as far as I can see.
The good thing is Colmado_Naranja and her eBay postings are supplanting the Michael Jackson threads.....little consolation but a plus in my book ;)

Some see the writing on the wall such as Florida congressman Bill Posey, who introduced a bill H.R. 1503, to change the FEC rules to require the validation of background information:

Posey still publicly claims silly misinterpretions of Article 2 Section 1, claiming Article 2 was replaced by the 14th Amendment (it wasn't) and mis-defining “Natural Born Citizen.” That lays the groundwork of ignorance which most will attempt to use when this blows up. But he now has five co-signers in Congress. Since no one else has come forward, he gets credit for opening the door in case Obama lasts the full 4 years. The House will, of course, prevent this bill from reaching the floor, but 2010 elections are likely to change the complexion of the house, so Posey is covered.
It will be harder for the Senate to claim ignorance since they all signed S.R. 511 in which Patrick Leahy perfectly clearly states that Natural Born means two citizen parents.

There is no doubt about this scam. Hard to say it is worse than Cap and Trade or weakening our military or replacing private industry with the government as FDR attempted. It was the Supreme Court which headed off private competition with Shechter v. RSA (a wonderful story repeated in Amity Shlaes' 'Forgotten Man', about ivy league statists going after Brooklyn kosher chicken brokers). It is now up to the court to protect us because congress has failed to do its duty, permitted and protected a man constitutionally ineligible to be president while he plays their “ShamWow” guy for federal pay-to-play for the Democrat party. I can only guess why they let this proceed, but I won't try here.
One last point to reinforce your comment about the passport caper in March of 2008: Bremmer’s employee, the one who “cauterized” Obama’s passport files in the State Department files, Lt. Harris, was murdered sitting in his car in front of a Church a few months back. The statement suggested that he was “cooperating with the US Justice Department.” It didn't seem to help, though it has certainly helped Rezko, and a good number of Obamo co-conspirators from the Chicago mob, who, even after conviction, have quietly become anonymous.
