LIDDY: You mentioned distractions. One of these distractions right now is these lawsuits that take the position that he is not constitutionally eligible to be president of the United States because he is not a naturally-born citizen. Now, he could clear that up in an instant by producing a genuine birth certificate. And yet he refuses to do it. He says he has one but he wont do it. What is behind that? Hubris or what?
WOLFFE: Well, Im going to differ with you on this one. This came up during the campaign. A copy of the birth certificate is out there. Anyone can see it. He was born in Hawaii. There are documents from the state of Hawaii that prove it. I dont know what else you really expect me to do.
LIDDY: Well, heres the thing. The document you speak of is a certificate of live birth, which is not a birth certificate. You cant get a passport with that, you cant even register your kids
WOLFFE: Yes you can. Thats what I do. Thats what everyone does. The certificate of live birth is exactly what you get a passport with.
LIDDY: No, its a birth certificate.
WOLFFE: Thats the copy of the birth certificate, everyone has copies of birth certificates. They use them all the time. Nobody hands out the one original document.
LIDDY: No, I wouldnt expect them to.
WOLFFE: When you go to the DMV you take a copy with you. You dont take the real and its an official copy, it has to be embossed and stamped, its not just like a xerox. But thats what it is, and its widely accepted.
LIDDY: Why is it redacted? Why is it redacted?

I took my COLB to the post office to get a passport and it was refused. A birth certificate from the county health department where you were born is required. Mr. Wolffe is 100% incorrect.
pish posh! I couldn’t even use an original birth certificate when my minor son got his passport. I had to contact the registrars offfice where he was born and have a certified copy of the LONG form BC issued in order to get it. The passport would not be issued on even an official BC because the parents weren’t listed on it. Not sure if it was due to the fact he was a minor, but the long form was required.
B.O. wa a biracial child born in 1961 (this was very rare) who became very famous. As far as i know, not one doctor, nurse or anyone else has come forward and said they assisted with his birth.
Seems like a small piece of evidence against his being born in Hawaii.
some of those involved could be dead of old age, but I do not disagree with the premise that something about his birth certificate (parentage?) or lack thereof is amiss.
And when I got a passport, I took a copy of my short form that I’d gotten shortly before from the county clerk where I was born and had no trouble at all. While it was from Illinois, it looked pretty much like the Obama birth certificate.
I’ve got my BC as well. He’ll be known as the “Usurper President”.
I have my original birth cert. and its 70 years old and still in great condition...
i used a COLB (computer generated) to get all of my children passports, and drivers’ licenses. There were no problems, and they worked just fine. They all have computer generated copies, just like BO, because that is what most states issue now. None of my kids has ever had a “long form birth certificate” only the COLB.
bump to the top
me, too, even tho’ I am ages apart from him... he’s a hottie
When I went on a cruise to Alaska, I needed my B C, marriage license and drivers license...because the ship left from Vancouver Canada.. A birth Cert. alone is not accepted expecially for women who’s name has been changed due to marriage...
Pinging the pingers.
Some hokey computer printout DOES NOT qualify as a “Certificate of Live Birth”
Mine, which is a scanned copy of a microfiche document, has detailed info about my parents. Names, residence, status.
It has detailed info about treatment to prevent eye infection, my weight, and other general info.
Most importantly, it has a space that amounts to an affidavit saying “I attended this live birth and attest he was delivered ok” or something to that effect WHICH IS SIGNED BY THE ATTENDING PHYSICIAN.
The document is also SIGNED BY THE HOSPITAL REGISTRAR.
IF Obama was born in a hospital in Hawaii four years after I was born, SUCH A DOCUMENT SURELY EXISTS!
If he refuses to produce it, or cannot produce it, the only possible conclusion is that there is something very incriminating going on.
So you’ve seen the birth certificate of the affirmative action figure fraud-in-chief! Well, do tell, where and how did you get this honor? ... You’re trying to conflate in order to confuse the discussion, obamnoid.
The current resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. has not had to provide even close to that ID requirement for the job. And he continues to refuse to provide minimal proof because he does not believe we the people deserve such a level of proof.
He's probably right, since even our highest court has refused to look at the matter and the Constitution contract between the federal oligarchy and the people has been abrogated for this affirmative action promotion of a fraud.
Has this Constitutional requirement been Constitutionally amended and ratified by the states?
If not, then Obama, born of a father who was undeniably NOT a US citizen, cannot be eligible to be POTUS? At least not according to the US Constitution. Especially not according to the meaning of "natural born citizen" as it was commonly understood to mean when the Constitution was written.
I've seen the online image that's commonly called the "Factcheck" certification. It's pretty much identical to the Illinois certificate that I received when I contacted the county clerk where I was born, other than the state seal at the top. I used it to obtain a US passport without any problem. Saying that a long form certificate is needed to get a passport is simply untrue.
BTW, the assertion that a valid certification exists and has been exhibited on the Internet is fiction. But we can understand your falling for the fiction since even at least one judge has made the same inane mistake because he wanted to believe the fiction.
Gee, if I remember correctly, five years ago when I had plans to fly out to CA, I had to get a copy of my birth certificate with a raised seal for identification in order to get a drivers license with my photograph on it (because my original birth certificate became very tattered and worn and completely fell apart because when I was 18, I would use it as proof to get into NY bars.) Didn’t have a license then.
I should really dig that BC out. I know it’s here somewhere.
