The common meaning of "natural born citizen," the term used in the US Constitution in order to be eligible to be President, was then accepted and understood to be a child who is born on US soil to parents who are ***BOTH**** US citizens.

Has this Constitutional requirement been Constitutionally amended and ratified by the states?

If not, then Obama, born of a father who was undeniably NOT a US citizen, cannot be eligible to be POTUS? At least not according to the US Constitution. Especially not according to the meaning of "natural born citizen" as it was commonly understood to mean when the Constitution was written.

So you will agree that neither McCain or Bobby Jindal are eligible for president?
