That stuff did okay with me for my wisdom teeth.
But they’d hit me with a full large syringe of IV sedative.
(Sodium pentathol family.)
So I had an interesting mix going.
Was quite fascinating to me.
My previous sedative memory was stitches in the side of my head when I was 5.
(Fuzzy memory at that.)

Dentists have nothing new to offer me. My pain threshold is off the charts when it comes to mouth work. Do NOT say, “This may hurt just a little.” I guess I will count my blessings then. The one think I really dislike are needles -- though it seems they're far better than they used to be.

She gets WIRED for two or more days from one small dose.
Makes for some amusing events.

As long as they don’t give me nitrous oxide. My last dentist tried that. Didn't help (much?) with the gagging and otherwise did nothing but leave me feeling slightly -odd- for a short time.
That's an -odd- different from the normal odd, mind you. *\;-)
