Good morning.
It looks pretty outside, but it’s still in the low 50’s.
And we’ll be having more wind soon.

I was going to have a piece of leftover fish for breakfast, but Ash ate it off the plate!

Next step: teaching her to use a knife and fork.

Maybe you should teach her to ask first. Poor starving dog. I just know she feels neglected! </sarc
How are you feeling this morning?

I’m feeling fine this morning! A little muddle-headed, though, or I wouldn’t have left my food where Ash could reach it!

LOL!
I know that feeling, for sure!
Congratulations to Patrick!

2% milk. Yerks.
I do have this good recipe for salmon chowder, though, that calls for a tad of chardonnay, and crumbled bacon on top!
Tax-chick, did I send you that recipe a couple of months ago? If I did, turn to me thine furrowed brow, and elbow me good, because at that time, I was taking all the fat out of recipes. Bad idea. Now I've put the fats back in (e.g. real full-fat coconut milk, real full-fat cheddar in that chow! der!) and it's so-o-o-o much better!

You did. I haven’t made it yet, but I always use real cheese, even when I’m doing Weight Watchers. It’s just not worth it otherwise, might as well just eat onions.

"... turn to me thine furrowed brow, and elbow me good ..." I'd like to read more of your poetry.

Pat fits perfectly into Bill’s clothes from 2002. I knew it made sense to save that! We’ll have pictures later, although not of me, since I’m too wide for the lens.

No panoramic cameras on hand?
It’s OK. We’ll wait and get to see one of you and the new Munchkin.

I was in a picture with my prayer group on Wednesday, but I stood behind someone so my belly didn’t take over the whole picture ;-).
Pat looks cute. When Bill was the same age, he wanted to wear his suit every Sunday until it was outgrown.

I’ll bet Pat is a handsome young man!
There’s something about a suit that turns a little guy into a gentleman.

Pat is successfully Communed, with no weirdness until it was all over. (Then he turned the guitar stand into a laser rifle and zotted the youth ministry leader as she was passing by ... but she has a son as crazy as Pat, and ignored it!)

I can’t imagine why Pat’s laser rifle would be looked at as anything other than what it was...a portable ZOT! weapon!

Not Zotting during Mass is a rule, but it was over. We were just hanging around collecting our things.
I’m going to lie down with Wednesday now!
