Not that I have anything against breast feeding.... but this isn’t really news for a political discussion site. Particularly without picture.

...does this have anything to do with the earlier thread about Jenna Jameson having twins?

2. Stick with it Most of the problems you will experience while breastfeeding will occur in the first weeks, so hang in there. Breastfeeding will get easier
until the kid starts cutting teeth.

Keep your nipples open to air when you can. I recommend following this advice whether you are breastfeeding or not.

At least someone on Free Republic seems to care about children. I just came from a thread where a parent gave an excuse for allowing their kids to swim in lakes with alligators.
Gosh, the world is dumb.

I think you can just put the baby to your breast and relax. Drink a beer.

Nursing does not diminish the beauty of a woman's breasts;
it enhances their charm by making them look lived in and
happy.

Thanks for the great post. As a mom who has nursed for thirteen of the past twenty one years, I am grateful for the good information.
If society breaks down at all, the number one need after just a few days will in fact be breast milk. Lots of babies will starve because mothers don’t know how to make the milk.
Breastfeeding my children on demand for all those years was one of the most difficult yet rewarding things I have ever done with my life.

Thank you for posting this info. My daughter has a one month old that she is nursing. This just reinforces some of the things that I have been telling her. She and her little girl are doing great so far. We have to raise the new generation of Freepers just right.

Great article. I nursed my twins for 23 months. I did find La Leche League to be really militant, though. I called and asked for advice on weaning and they made me feel like I was the worst mother in the world for even asking such a question. Just my experience. I know others who have had very positive experiences with LLL.

I just love the FR.
Guns, ammo, cars, computers, politics, economics, survival, lots of manly man things, etc.
Breastfeeding? OK, I'll go with it.
I'm addicted to Salma Hayek, no matter what she's doing with her breasts.
