I know. You’re my ‘Go-To Gal’ for lots of stuff! :)
I don’t even want to get into a discussion of yard clean up -— just thinking about it is depressing as I have far too much to deal with. But I have to say that I have started some of it.
I have never tried propagating anything from anything other than seed, and wouldn’t know where to begin with doing so from cuttings. I think I best better start me some learnin’ on that :)
Beautiful work! Thanks so much for sharing it. I loved the Vivaldi, too ... the good Father probably walked many a garden like this Arboretum when he wrote his Four Seasons.
It doesn't have to be expensive, just got to shop smart.
ROFL! That actually sounds rather funny coming from you to me :)
I gotta scoot now, need to go drop off the last of the GS cookie money to the Troop leader and then stop at school to set up an appointment with the principal and a couple of teachers about a problem we have with a bully at school.
I’ll check back in a bit later :)
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!
Those are GORGEOUS.
JustaDumbBlonde - I posted a thread yeasterday about drip irrigation - that along with the landscape fabric should save me some work especially not having to make furrows for my rows.
Gardening For Freepers PVC Drip Irrigation For The Home Garden
Wow! I have never seen anything like that! Looks like a nice place to relax. Do they have an aroma?
It’s too late... please don’t tell my wife. LOL
I have found though, that while quality gear can make a difference, it doesn’t make one a photographer..... knowledge, experience, creativity, passion for the art and practice, practice, practice is the gold I seek.
I truly enjoyed your work, thanks again.
yes, for a very short time once a day there is a fragrance.
Like orchids which throw out their fragrance only limited times & various times
These are very easy to propagate. Cut off a piece & stick in dirt. No root stimulator needed,
Any who are interested, I could probably send cuttings. for you to stick in dirt.
They grow quickly & need periodic fertilizer to bloom. There are colors involved but mine are just white. The oldest (parent of all) is over 30 years old & I have been hauling it around with me from NC, to Texas & now to Ohio. It liked living in NC & Texas bettr than here (and me too)
a large mature plant in nursery is pretty expensive from what I have seen & it only takes a few seasons to get big blossom full plants
I make up a little reading, wine drinking sanctuary each year. Put these around to be a little bit of a privacy barrier.
Body of Comment HTML okay

Would make the clickable link in the main body.
I’m off to Farm & Fleet for chicken food and pet supplies. It’s supposed to be wicked-stormy tomorrow, so I need to get that out of the way.
Have a good day! :)
(Package is on the way for Jax.)
Great picture of the WWII vet embracing the Marine!
Thanks for the ping. (I thought Red_Devil232 was starting another thread, so I signed up on it too. lol.)
SwampSniper, your photography always lifts my spirits, but this was a special treat. The beautiful video and choice of musical accompaniment was perfect!
thanks re: profile page. There has been very little updating since I did the lions share as I was grieving Oliver’s death. I seemed to work on it day & night & when I did sleep I was dreaming HTML!
would rather have been dreaming Mel Gibson!
LOL
Simply gorgeous ... love the video!
I didn’t add anything, but I did take away some of your html language.
Swampsniper is the best there is.
Yes, please, keep me on your list.
I haven’t had time to check for pings in a while, but will try to do so in the future.
