it's a byproduct of human evolution

Yawn. There is no "byproduct of evolution". God just programmed our (meaning men's) system firmware differently.

Of course, if women don’t like for men to objectify them when they dress scantily, there’s a way to eliminate that problem....

New research shows that, in men, the brain areas associated with handling tools and the intention to perform actions light up when viewing images of women in bikinis......

These articles about men really crack me up.

Elizabeth Landau needs to do a little research.

I suggest she go out to the local dance clubs. Take note of how women select men. Here’s a hint lady, it’s not based on inner beauty, let me tell you.

Both sexes objectify members of the opposite sex.

Imagine that...

Again, as has been said repeatedly,

I was breast-fed, so I tend to view their objects as objects.

“...women as the means of spreading their genes.”

Subject could be wide open for interpretation.

How about the results of the study where women see men with money as objects.

I just read the entire story and everything in it is either mortifyingly obvious or mind-numbingly stupid.

Except for this:

Taken together, the research suggests that viewing certain images is not appropriate in the workplace, Fiske said.
