The first thing that comes to mind is the battle in the courts to enforce the “natural born citizen clause.” Seventeen lawsuits at least, and what? Is anything MORE important? How can that be approached, if the Supreme Court, or any court for that matter, won’t even hear arguments? But it’s very easy to point out why something WOULD NOT work. If the ACLU can win victories, so could we. Partial victories, yes, but it can be done.

I don’t think the armed revolution idea is dead, sorry. Too high a percentage of our armed forces still believe in their vows - just like you and I did and still do.

I spent all my years in during the cold war fighting the same ideals that the mindless masses voted into office through sheer stupidity. Now they are going to get what they asked for, and when the wheels come off this wagon it will be a huge crash.

The Left’s messiah placed all of his credibility in this BS, and when it pushes the economy over the brink only they will face the blame.

Red vs Blue Zones. Who has the guns? Who has the food?

Is there any organization already working on the above concept other than the ineffectual Judicial Watch? If so, why haven't they made a difference or at least been interviewed by Fox News and Talk Radio?

I believe this concept will need an entirely new organization and personell. Bob, you have contacts. If you're still active, can you run this past them? We have the historical written documents on our side that could be introduced into any civil litigation.

If nothing else, it would slow the transition to total socialism and possibly stop and/or reverse it. I know it's a long haul, but I believe it to be our last and best hope. The political machine is broken; let's see if the judicial machine is also so broken.

What do we have to lose by making some contacts? Rush? Hannity? Ann Coulter? Laura Ingaham, Glenn Beck, etc.? And of course the conservatives in the what's left of the Republican party?

I think your idea has merit. Have you heard of ACLJ?

I haven't heard if they have had any successes lately. They do a lot of religious cases, but they are already established. Maybe we need to do some research on their organization.

We are still working on the website design, so we are not advertising the site yet, except mentioning it on FreeRepublic.

We can't keep doing the same things over and over again and expect a different result.

Calling our legislatures isn't going to do any good when the RINOs already made up their minds and kept their phones off the hook. They don't care what we think. Calling to thank the ones that held firm helps the good ones know we are behind them. I want to find out more about the seven Dems who voted against this monstrosity.

our nation is about 50/50 liberal/conservative, but the liberals control some vital institutions that tip the balance ,

they own : the news media, the entertainment industry, the education system, and the judicial branch.

1. You must have an honest platform that most voters will agree with and that contains no glaring omissions. The best example that I’ve seen is behind the following link (”Falcon Party Platform, Ten Conservative Principles, etc.).

That platform favors American jobs, high morale for more voters, a strong defense and an honestly pro-Israel stance—positions that most voters by far agree with.

2. You must prevent discussion clamor against the major positions in the platform.

3. You must enrich voters who agree with that platform. That is, you must hire them and oppose/repeal laws that prevent them from competing for jobs and in markets. Most truly conservative families are being driven into poverty by employment and education systems that reject frugality and respect for traditional family structure.

4. You must honestly follow through on the platform and ignore the demands of smaller interest groups to renege on any part of it, as tempting as it may be to take money and other favors from them for doing so.

Otherwise, learn the hard way over the next two or three terms. As tempting as the bordello atmosphere in offices and special interest lobbies are, you can’t continue to focus on employing and educating only liberals and expect to get votes from conservatives.

I see our two political parties supporting a couple of narrow interest groups (government and businesses favored by government) while sharing one economic interest that’s meeting its consequences (too much third world production in exchange for debt/bribes). One of those parties has fallen from favor, and the other party is about to do the same.

In sum, the vanities and stubbornness of many brought us to where we are today. Our chance to have better government will arrive, after our various kinds of leaders discover humility by way of consequences from their vices.

Dude, less Navy and more finance. What does the following statement mean? "Socialism always fails." Well, it means exactly what it says, socialism always fails. Think about it.

We're already seeing the first indications. What do you think the porkulus bill was really about? The secret passage of special provisions? Don't make me laugh. Porkulus was, pure & simple, a means for the individual states to access Federal funding via Treasuries because they could NO longer sell bond issues to cover their respective operating deficits.

What does that mean in plain English? They were quickly becoming unable to pay their entitlement charges such as housing, food, health & welfare. In other words, without emergency intervention, the welfare state couldn't meet it's promised commitments to the very segment which has been paid off to support leftist politicians.

But it's only a temporary salve; these leeches will be back for more with 6-12 mos. Only by then the situation will have greatly deteriorated and there won't be any money forthcoming. Conservatives need to hold onto their horses and wait - it's the other side that's gonna make the mistake. As soon as the looter class is finally cut off, social chaos ensues. Wait, watch & act when the time is ripe.

You can file all the “bullet-proof” lawsuits you want, but the liberal judiciary, including the USSC, will either refuse to hear them or rule against them. If you file enough of these suits, they will just become nuisance lawsuits - ignored by all.

Your “solution” is to submit the survival of freedom in this country to the institution (the courts) that has failed miserably to protect our freedoms, so perverted the word ‘justice” as to make it laughable, & led the way in ignoring the constitution. And as a branch of gov’t, it is surely the most liberal (fascist), & is answerable to nobody.

When the revolution comes, who will stand up and say, “ Hang’em all, but not the judges & lawyers.”? I'm guessing they will be the first to “dangle”.

I firmly believe this is our only option, given that the ruling class (overwhelmingly lawyers) has total control over all levels & branches of gov’t.

We should fill Washington & our cities & towns with angry protesters who DO NOT LEAVE, just as blacks did in the 60s & 70s. The ruling class listened then (rightly so), & they will listen again, but only under the threat of violence. Would the USSC refuse to here a case if 1 million protesters are standing in front of the Court? Would nationwide protests influence how the "Aristocracy" governs?

Ironically, the people may soon have plenty of time to protest as many are soon to be without jobs.

Can you imagine the turmoil in the minds of those who rebelled against their King & Country back in 1776? Most of those people were honest, loyal, CONSERVATIVE citizens, who would never knowingly break the law. Many were veterans who fought side-by-side with British soldiers. Many more had British friends & relatives.

But the arrogance of King George FORCED Americans to take action.

King George was a saint compared to Queen Nancy, King Obama, & the court fools: Schumer, Franks, Kerry, Specter, ad nauseum.

We should find someone who is not a natural born citizen and have him/her run for President in 2012. Have all the documentation that questions their qualification and then someone challenge and force the court to rule on their eligibility, thus defining what a natural born citizen is without ruling on Obama.

Ole Ben was so right. The “people” in this case though was special interest groups of every kind and scope. Paybacks for voting these pinheads into office, and the Democrats just rammed this through.
