Is there any organization already working on the above concept other than the ineffectual Judicial Watch? If so, why haven't they made a difference or at least been interviewed by Fox News and Talk Radio?

I believe this concept will need an entirely new organization and personell. Bob, you have contacts. If you're still active, can you run this past them? We have the historical written documents on our side that could be introduced into any civil litigation.

If nothing else, it would slow the transition to total socialism and possibly stop and/or reverse it. I know it's a long haul, but I believe it to be our last and best hope. The political machine is broken; let's see if the judicial machine is also so broken.

What do we have to lose by making some contacts? Rush? Hannity? Ann Coulter? Laura Ingaham, Glenn Beck, etc.? And of course the conservatives in the what's left of the Republican party?

None of them would actively jump in unless a very good process was presented. That is unless the fairness doctrine is imposed.

Oh and the time for action would be short. The dems will solidify their grasp on power quicker after their bloatulous bill is imposed and starts to fail.

On another post tonight I stated that SCOTUS was about the fastest way to get this done... if there is a compelling reason.

The opposition party will have long to get ramped up. The republican party will most likely not make it 4 years so that leaves SCOTUS.
