None of them would actively jump in unless a very good process was presented. That is unless the fairness doctrine is imposed.

Oh and the time for action would be short. The dems will solidify their grasp on power quicker after their bloatulous bill is imposed and starts to fail.

On another post tonight I stated that SCOTUS was about the fastest way to get this done... if there is a compelling reason.

The opposition party will have long to get ramped up. The republican party will most likely not make it 4 years so that leaves SCOTUS.

That's probably true. I was just suggesting media pundits who could promote such a judicial activism against unConstitutional legislation. You're probably right...they wouldn't get involved unless they thought themselves to be on the winning side. However, I may disagree with you about Laura Ingraham. She tends to say like it is. The others are Republican cheer-leaders.
