Fed Chiefs Greenspan & Bernanke, Dem leaders Frank & Dodd and some sort of covert manipulation by George Soros and friends.

The blame lies in the entitlement culture which is perpetrated by the Democratic party, which is supported by Soros, who is inspired by Marxist forces, who are marshalled by the source of all evil in the world.

The Republicans did nothing to stop it, so they deserve equal blame.
