This is about renting a house in Finland and using legal and correct forms to prevent problems. Article is in Finnish.
VINKKI! Tallenna sopimuksen pohja tietokoneelle painamalla oikeaa hiiren nappia ja valitsemalla Tallenna Kohde nimellä.
( Sopimusmallit perustuvat ympäristöministeriön asetuksiin asuinhuoneiston vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (537/2004) ja alivuokra-asunnon vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (538/2004). )
Vuokra-asunto voi sitten alkaa metsästämään vaikkapa näistä lähteistä: Helsingin vuokra-asunnot, Turun vuokra-asunnot, Tampereen vuokra-asunnot, Oulun vuokra-asunnot, Joensuun vuokra-asunnot, Kuopion vuokra-asunnot sekä PK-Asunnot josta löytyy vuokra-asunto välittäjiä pääkaupunkiseudulta ja luultavasti Suomen suurin asunnon haku portaali, Etuovi com.
Internetin kautta siis löytyy vuokra-asuntoja todella hyvin ja kiinteistönvälitys yritysten suuntaus kohdentaa markkinointia Internetiin näyttää olevan entistä enemmän, mikä taas tarkoittaa kuluttajalle mukavaa tapaa selailla asuntoja kotitietokoneelta käsin.

More of that fast-falling “popcorn snow.” Ugh.
The Yellow Face came out and melted our beautiful snow.
Fooey.
Buy a house in Michigan instead it is cheaper. Houses are now about 1/3 of what they were 10 years ago.
I read the instructions on putting it together. They use little plastic sheaves that you put pin in with a hammer instead of screws. I think I am better off getting my own hardware even if I find the bag. I have dowel pins already.
I was actually enjoying it this morning. Our usual greeter was snowed-in up north, so I decided to take on the function. So I'm standing outside in shirt-sleeves -- but it wasn't bad in the sun.
Coming down more heavily now and beginning to stick.
On an earlier thread I saw what looked like a Detroit house I lived in once, for almost nothing. (I checked and it wasn't it.)
Figure that one out.
Sounds like the folks in charge there are much like the ones here.
I figure that the guy who mugs you in an alley doesn't really care how much you make, only how much you have.
About the only thing that is not sinking is the price of fuel, food and rent.
Granted that the government is not going to help us out but do they have to stand on our head while we are going under for the third time?
Michigan is in bad shape where we are. And the east side of the state is worse off then the west.
Ooh! Pretty flakes now. *\;-)
I miss Michigan. But I’m not moving back until things are put straight — and my hope of that is zero. (My hometown was once very conservative, but it appears to be pretty liberal today.)
If we needed a reason to detest the government, Daily Savings Time is it!
This is why we got our old Agnes: the original owners went out for the day and came back to find everything in their pantry shredded. She was a nice cat, as long as you didn't have any others!
Everyone must be suffering from the time change! I’ve been to the bank and the gas station.
Time change? I thought it was Darksheare goofing around with that time machine again.
My hatred for the time change is matched only by the critters loathing for it.
All of them are sulking this morning. Like, it’s my fault, right? NOT!
No, just the government. It’s supposed to help us win World War I.
