Vuokra-asunnon Vuokraaminen Turvallisesti (Zot Okra! Vuo-kitten-esti! Turareg! Turareg!)

This is about renting a house in Finland and using legal and correct forms to prevent problems. Article is in Finnish.

VINKKI! Tallenna sopimuksen pohja tietokoneelle painamalla oikeaa hiiren nappia ja valitsemalla Tallenna Kohde nimellä.

( Sopimusmallit perustuvat ympäristöministeriön asetuksiin asuinhuoneiston vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (537/2004) ja alivuokra-asunnon vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (538/2004). )

Vuokra-asunto voi sitten alkaa metsästämään vaikkapa näistä lähteistä: Helsingin vuokra-asunnot, Turun vuokra-asunnot, Tampereen vuokra-asunnot, Oulun vuokra-asunnot, Joensuun vuokra-asunnot, Kuopion vuokra-asunnot sekä PK-Asunnot josta löytyy vuokra-asunto välittäjiä pääkaupunkiseudulta ja luultavasti Suomen suurin asunnon haku portaali, Etuovi com.

Internetin kautta siis löytyy vuokra-asuntoja todella hyvin ja kiinteistönvälitys yritysten suuntaus kohdentaa markkinointia Internetiin näyttää olevan entistä enemmän, mikä taas tarkoittaa kuluttajalle mukavaa tapaa selailla asuntoja kotitietokoneelta käsin.

I said that at least once today! However, given the current economic climate, I don’t think the Other Half is going to buy as many custom landscapes or kitchen renovations as they might have last year. It’s going to be hard for people in those businesses.

Wednesday is here to tell me it’s time for another nap.

It is 4:22 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. Wednesday will have to wait until we can go to bed for real.

Very tuneful! Wednesday and I live in North Carolina. Unfortunately for people (and catz) who want to take naps, a lot of other people and animals live here, too ;-).

LOL!

I get several “spendy” catalogs, just so I can drool on the pages.

I dunno what awaits America for the future. My son says it’s going to get really ugly before it gets better. And he’s not a “political” person.

So I just look at the pictures, fill out the order forms, and file in the Circular File.

:o]

Oh! Well!

What part of NC?

My dad's family were originally from the mountians around Madison County near the NC/Tenn. line.

Face, I guess I better stick to the English as I was scolded once for posting in another language a while back ago on another thread.

The more I hear of what is giong down about the econimy and what Obama and his "minions" are proposing to do, the more scared I get for this counrty.

I wonder if all those folks who voted for Obama really knew what they were asking for?

Using foreign languages is not a problem on the Undead Thread, as long as you tell people what you said if they ask.

We live in the suburbs of Charlotte.

Most of the people who voted for Obama did so because either (a) he was the Democrat candidate, or (b) he’s black. Many didn’t know anything else, according to some of the articles and interviews I’ve seen.

The extremely-low-end retail chain which employs my husband is doing *very* well, so I presently have no complaints. House sales are slower than last year, and prices down a little, but we’re not trying to sell and don’t expect to. We might be the customer some of these landscape firms are looking for!

Raleigh is the capitol; it’s about 2-1/2 hours to our northeast. Charlotte is the biggest city; it’s on the border with South Carolina, about halfway across the state east-to-west.
