Vuokra-asunnon Vuokraaminen Turvallisesti (Zot Okra! Vuo-kitten-esti! Turareg! Turareg!)

This is about renting a house in Finland and using legal and correct forms to prevent problems. Article is in Finnish.

VINKKI! Tallenna sopimuksen pohja tietokoneelle painamalla oikeaa hiiren nappia ja valitsemalla Tallenna Kohde nimellä.

( Sopimusmallit perustuvat ympäristöministeriön asetuksiin asuinhuoneiston vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (537/2004) ja alivuokra-asunnon vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (538/2004). )

Vuokra-asunto voi sitten alkaa metsästämään vaikkapa näistä lähteistä: Helsingin vuokra-asunnot, Turun vuokra-asunnot, Tampereen vuokra-asunnot, Oulun vuokra-asunnot, Joensuun vuokra-asunnot, Kuopion vuokra-asunnot sekä PK-Asunnot josta löytyy vuokra-asunto välittäjiä pääkaupunkiseudulta ja luultavasti Suomen suurin asunnon haku portaali, Etuovi com.

Internetin kautta siis löytyy vuokra-asuntoja todella hyvin ja kiinteistönvälitys yritysten suuntaus kohdentaa markkinointia Internetiin näyttää olevan entistä enemmän, mikä taas tarkoittaa kuluttajalle mukavaa tapaa selailla asuntoja kotitietokoneelta käsin.

"Have I mentioned lately how old I am?"

Less than two thirds my age.

.

Hence, I will tell you what I tell my wife when she complains about her aches and pains, "I'm glad I'm not as old as you are."

Funny!

I have put Offspring to bed. Now I’m going to read a book with Wednesday.

{Lucas electronics are notoriously unreliable.}

Electrical systems too. My first car had a Lucas electrical system (1959, used, bought 1970). The charging system was horribly unreliable, and extremely frustrating for this EE student.

Does she hold her paw on your hand until it's time to turn the page?

Cool Halloween costume idea.

Morning kiddies.
My burst of energy went bye-bye. I still have things to do today, but I’ll be dragging for sure.

However, after 30 minutes away from home, I’ll be here the rest of the day! Yay, me!!

:o])

Hey,

Any of you guys here of Scottish ancestry?

I have a seriouse question about Scottish Clans and Names in them.

I've been researching my family history for over 30 years.

My mother's family are fairly easy as they are of German, Prussian ancestry.

but my dad's family seems to have various national origins in it from English (Sheltons, Hensleys)

Irish (Riddles)

and I suspect Scottish (Halls)

though I cannot verify the nationality of that last surname,

I have different origin descriptions of the name "Hall"

I am a direct descendant of that family and according to one description the family was part of a larger clan.

HELP!

sionnsar is Scottish, as am I. And it’s true I do a lot of genealogy. I’d be more than happy to help you.

Most Scottish names are from certain clans, but can be divided into tribes and septs. Lucky me, I go back to Duncan the I, and lots of folks in between, including (not Scottish) the Plantagenets!

Sorry. No help here. The Kruger’s, Christianson’s, and Veith’s get kinda mixed up. At least two lines disappear into Clan Romsdal back in the 1400-1500’s. About as close as I get to anything remotely “Scottish” in my lineage.

Plantagenets?

I thought that family was extinct (Thanks to the Tudors)

Happy to know thier descendants are still with us!

But, back to my question, I went back to reading my ancestor chart (tree, as some wold call it),

My Paternal Grandmother's family was confusing when it came to thier surname, She Whent by the surname "Shelton", although her father's name was " Willard Hall". Yet, His father went by the name "Alexander Shelton" because that was his father's name.

"Alexander Shelton" had married a woman named "Rhoda Hall"

I know very little about her except she had left Alexander with three of thier sons (Including Alexander, Jr) and changed thier names to Hall.

Talk About Confusing!

Now, In my research, I ran into some distant cousins who were also doing research on the Hall family, one of them gave me some information off the internet about "The Clan Hall Society" and it's origins and other spellings of the name yet I am trying to find the link, if one exists, to the family i'm descended from.

The Taretans: Hall

The Septs: Halle, Haule, Hal, De Aula, Hale, Haw, MacHall, Rutherford

A small history

The history of Scotland, shrouded by the mists if time, indicates that the name of "Hall" is a Norman surname.

In Latin documents, the surname, "Hall", is usually rendered, "De Aula".......

There is more, but I didn't want to take up space here.

Can you telll me how the Scottish Clan are broken down and would "Hall" be considered a Scottish Clannish name? (evan with the Taetan)?
