Vuokra-asunnon Vuokraaminen Turvallisesti (Zot Okra! Vuo-kitten-esti! Turareg! Turareg!)

This is about renting a house in Finland and using legal and correct forms to prevent problems. Article is in Finnish.

VINKKI! Tallenna sopimuksen pohja tietokoneelle painamalla oikeaa hiiren nappia ja valitsemalla Tallenna Kohde nimellä.

( Sopimusmallit perustuvat ympäristöministeriön asetuksiin asuinhuoneiston vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (537/2004) ja alivuokra-asunnon vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (538/2004). )

Vuokra-asunto voi sitten alkaa metsästämään vaikkapa näistä lähteistä: Helsingin vuokra-asunnot, Turun vuokra-asunnot, Tampereen vuokra-asunnot, Oulun vuokra-asunnot, Joensuun vuokra-asunnot, Kuopion vuokra-asunnot sekä PK-Asunnot josta löytyy vuokra-asunto välittäjiä pääkaupunkiseudulta ja luultavasti Suomen suurin asunnon haku portaali, Etuovi com.

Internetin kautta siis löytyy vuokra-asuntoja todella hyvin ja kiinteistönvälitys yritysten suuntaus kohdentaa markkinointia Internetiin näyttää olevan entistä enemmän, mikä taas tarkoittaa kuluttajalle mukavaa tapaa selailla asuntoja kotitietokoneelta käsin.

Had a couple of conversations today that made me feel like this.

They are "on my side", but I still wanna toss 'em over board...

Unfortunately for me, all the sunny rocks are under snow at the moment.

I didn’t have to get much at Wal-Mart. I’m providing a bathroom rug set for my son, since he was using towels when I was there. The set I got is a really pretty copper color. If I weren’t so into frogs, I’d consider it...

AND! I was up at 4:30 and got two loads of clothes washed before I went to Wal-Mart!

The maintenance man just now left, after working an hour on my toilet. I’m surprised it worked as long as it did before it gave up. (Two years.)

I think I need a Restorative, too, but it wasn’t on my list. Yet.

I needed five days of groceries and various other items. No bathroom rugs, though. Did you get a new toilet?

I suppose they had to traverse both sides of a voltage regulator module in the snow, uphill, both ways...

Man,I can't believe you forgot the blown rectifier diodes. *shakes head*

Is there a special observance, like eating grasshoppers?

Yes, but I think it's something like drinking Finnish wine. I'd have to look it up.

Yah, those selenium rectifiers needed a bit of extra care.

(And still do. My car battery charger has one in it.)

St. Urho is the Patron Saint of Finland. It is said St. Urho drove a plague of grasshoppers from the vineyards of Finland by the power of the Finnish language. An appropriate menu for St. Urho's Day would include green beer, representing the grasshoppers and purple grape juice or wine, representing the vineyards. St. Urho is honored with an unusual statue in Minnesota where there is also an annual St. Urho's Day Cook-off.

Nope. No new toilet.
It’s just as well. Management would have to put me up for a day if the toilet had to be replaced.

But the toilet now works without me having to hoist the water bucket to fill the tank!!

Photobucket I'm guessing he drove them in a Fury.

Anybody have the triple-point phase diagram for magic smoke?

I’m trying to build a special kind of condenser.
