It has been interesting following the American politics. API feared that the new president would easily impose leaders on the Kenyan people. That fear has now gone after listening to the presidents inauguration address a number of times.
The man is inclusive and he has demonstrated that when making appointments selecting even some politicians who were his critics.
API has written a personal letter today to President Obama congratulating him for having demonstrated inclusiveness as soon as he took office.
During the campaign, API was one of the media outlets that criticised the President and that brought many Americans to API site because they too were critical of him.
Recently, we have asked those readers to join hands and give their President a chance to govern instead of disruptions.
During the campaign we realised that those who did not want President Obama to win were very radical in their thoughts. We realised that when we read through all the thousands of emails they send to API telling API how President Obama was to be stopped from winning. Most of them left comments in API comment boxes that led us to believe that they were very scared to let President Obama to win.
Many of them who send in there emails expressed fear that if Obama won, it was going to be the end of the world for them. Many of those people were so negative and could not find in their heart to forgive themselves if the country ended up electing a black man to become the president.
Reading the emails, one realises how desperate they became because they were faced with a situation never experienced before.
These emails received from the US expressing fear, thousands of them will now be put into one document and will be used in healing those who send them in when they were psychologically angry. Once the document is compiled it will contain over 15 thousand emails and comments. As a healing process, API will send a copy to all the people who emailed their expressing their desperation, so that they may use it in the much needed healing process now that the man they wanted to see not elected has become their president.
The document will be very important because of the election that will take place in 4 years time when President Obama seeks re-election. It is important to use it now to heal the American wounds so that the next election will be smoother.
Here below is the letter dispatched to the president:

The White HouseThe United States of AmericaDear Mr President,It is now time to congratulate you Mr President, and to wish you well in your new role as the leader of the only powerful nation in the world - The USA.You campaigned, you were criticised from all corners by some. You campaigned and you were supported from all corners by many.African Press International - API was among your critics during the campaign. Coming from Kenya originally, I personally feared that if you win, you may impose a leader on the Kenyan people. This is something I have to get over and move on. I have also realised that those who were competing with you, your heart is big enough to accommodate them in your administration. This is one major thing people in politics should exercise - being politically mature as you have shown by being inclusive, appointing your opponents into your administration.
After listening to your inauguration address, I sensed that you are the man this world now needs and that gives me and others great hope that you will do your best to bring peace to the world so that our children may live in peaceful environments.Being one of the peoples representative who is experienced, having climbed the ladder from being a State Senator and now at the top in your political career, I believe that you understand that politics is a dirty game and a game that people play tactically and with many different approaches. While on this, I would like to congratulate you for having won many hearts and now me joining the list at long last.Having heard how you plan to move forward in your plans to govern America and how you intend to extend your political guidance to the larger world, API has now decided to follow your policies closely, and what best way for us to do so than get API branch office in Washington and seek to be allowed to have API represented in the White House Press Briefing Room alongside other journalists. We look forward to be able to see new faces of journalists in the briefing room, APIs representative included, because there is a huge interest from all corners of the world to follow what your administration will do for the American people and the world at large.
Once more, API takes this opportunity to congratulate you and your wife, and hope your two beautiful daughters get peace in Washington and be allowed by the media to continue being the children they are, to live peacefully, play peacefully and enjoy making new friends in the new environment. With regards,Yours sincerelySammy KorirChief Editor

And just to think, some FReepers even accepted what was going on here, just like they were listening to Plains Radio and believing a lot of that stuff, too.
You know..., Berg got sucked in by ole Chief Editor Korir and also so did Ed Hale of Plains Radio, who threatened to sue Korir for not airing the tape he had over his Plains Radio program.... LOL...
My..., my...
And the hoax is still going on...
They seem to have taken a not so surprising turn toward a pro Zero stance.
I wonder if Obama will reactivate the indoor swimming pool that is under the floor of the press room?
Were it not for FR, API wouldn’t get any traffic. This is some idiot blog pretending to be a real press organization.
API feared that the new president would easily impose leaders on the Kenyan people. What morons are the API -- the new president helped impose leaders on Kenya *before* the primaries started.
API are fruadsters. Kick them off this board.
They have been relegated to the humor/ufo/cheese forums. No one is in doubt they are a scam.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this all would end up in some movie some time.. except FR for the most part never fell for it. (there where some initially, but API was just too suspicious..)
Now Berg and Plains Radio, that’s another story. I think they are still holding out hope that API is real..
Chief Editor Korir did advise me I won the Norwegian Lottery however, being in the US, I would need an agent in Norway to help him transfer the money. :->
You said — “API are fruadsters. Kick them off this board.”
Hey..., Berg was the lawyer for API, a few months ago. Ed Hale of Plains Radio was going to air the tape from API, also. You might as well kick off Berg and anything about him, and kick off Ed Hale and Plains Radio and anything about him — and also — kick off those who still persist in saying that Obama is not qualified — as they are all fraudsters... LOL...
Ummmm..., come to think of it, maybe not a bad idea.... :-)
I have decide to tell my loyal readers who I am because they have bestowed their trust upon me and I love them all for having become the promoters of my site. The site that will soon get its own WWW address and allow for paid up advertisements and open an Internet Talk Show Radio. This could not have happened without the loyalty and support of the readers in the last one month. The huge American redearships presence on the site has really built API and made it known throughout the world, growing from a small (tiny) blog to something I am seeing becoming a major online news channel. To the readers: I thank you all. And may the Good Lord Bless and keep you.

so you are chief editor koror?
i lol’d
I hope Obama give API a seat on the front row of the press room. That would at least add a comedy aspect to the press briefings.
Perhaps API could hire Jeff Gannon as their White House correspondent.
What a joke. This is some loony tune dude that has a blog and pretends he's someone of importance. Probably a zer0 hired gun to distract from the real issues. Avoid API and Sammy Koir like the plague.
