What an idiot! Even rocks can be “weapons of war” with proper use.

Only time I seem to read about such is when the Rat’s are in the WH.......... seems no one wants to kill each other when conservatives have the reins.

Go figure......

Meh, having AKs and other assault weaponry outside military and police operations is just stupid. Go for it if you want.

Regardless... picked up a new toy today: http://www.kel-tec-cnc.com/pf9.htm

I wonder if it was REALLY an AK-47.

It was probably a dammed SKS.

The media can better sensationalize a story when they call a weapon used in a shooting an “AK-47”. Just like how all dogs that hurt people are “Pit Bulls”.

Don’t worry.

If it was a Moslem trying to kill Jooooz and Muricans, the press will have no more problems with it and they’ll stop reporting on it.

So with the rat’s controlling the house and senate will they tell the media to blow this story up so they can send some anti gun legislation up to 0bama?

And yet, what’s in the police car...

But don’t let us law abiding citizens have what our overlords decide to use..

Anyone care to wager that the person who had the rifle wouldn’t be permitted to have one anyway under present laws?

"These are weapons of war, and they don't belong on the streets of Miami or any other street in America," Mayor Manuel Diaz said.

How about keeping in jail those "soldiers" of this "war" because without the "soldier" there ain't no "war"? And how about not giving sanctuary to illegals that commit these crimes? Oh whatever.

He's right. They belong at home unless you're threatened or taking them to the range.

Has anyone noticed that there are more gun crimes in proportion to how much power Democrats have? Democrats should be outlawed.

Watched a show on TV yesterday about the 10 most influencing weapons of all time. AK47 was one, over 100 million have been made. Any third world boy, thug terrorist has one. And, we are to make absolutely sure that a law-biding citizen of this country has nothing to defend himself with against these?

The bolt action Remington 700 is a weapon of war too. So are Remington, Winchester, Ithaca and Mossburg shotguns. It’s not the weapon, it’s the person using the weapon.

So, nobody saw the weapon yet the police and mayor can pronounce this a shooting by an “assault weapon”.

They probably have shell casing that are 7.62x39. While 7.62x39 is colloqually known as an “AK Round” there are many, many rifles chambered in this cartridge, including bolt action rifles.

Of course, a bolt action used in a crime does not get CNN’s attention like an AK-47 would.

Don’t forget, liberal politicians know how to entice the media into covering their stories.
