U.S. President Barack Obama, his wife Michelle, Vice President Joe Biden and his wife Jill, and former U.S. President Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton sing the national anthem during the Presidential inaugural prayer service at the National Cathedral in Washington January 21, 2009
I wondered the same thing.
I was thinking it looked more like a tablecloth....but you’re onto something there.
He hath never heard a sound as beautiful as the Muslim call to prayer.
Must have been a real downer.
He is hopin’ God will change his mind and forgive him for the Obama worship of the slaughter of innocents.
Just wanted to note that the rendition of Amazing Grace by Dr. Wintley Phipps was one of the most beautiful that I’ve ever heard.
He’s so amazing....have heard him once in person.
A prayer service at Washington National Cathedral in Washington, Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2009.
Moments before a mass vomit.
Rockin' the Boat, er- ... Vote
Thank goodness
"All Praise & Honor to You, O-Lord!"
Clinton is there to remind us of the sealzy he brought to the White House. During the anthem, Clinton did not have a hand over his heart.
See, there's already job improvement in America. This girl found a job airing out Michelle's laundry.
You’re so fortunate to have heard him in person.
Truth be told, I had never heard of him until today. When he began with humming Amazing Grace and then breaking into the soulfully presented lyrics, tears fell here readily.
I was thinking I’d never make a good First Lady because I’d always be crying. Sing Amazing Grace, I cry - National Anthem gets me every time, Ave Maria - brings buckets of tears. Heck, even the theme song from the Andy Griffith show gets me all misty-eyed.
i wish i had a screen shot of Bill Clinton checking out Barbar Bush (the daughter) while they were getting seated for the crowning and racist benediction.
