She desperately needs a media consultant and some PR coaching. She comes off as way too Catty.

With 65% of the country thinking that she's not ready to be President, she needs to get a handle on her image, and quickly. Or, she won't have any chance in 2012.

Sad to say the media was successful in destroying her, she has no chance in 2012.

I didn’t think she was to catty I thought she was to nice.
She is what she is and who she is we have enough fakes. Why would she want to live in DC with a bunch of rats, when she can live in Alaska.

Why on earth did she go on SNL if she believed SNL and Fey were being unfair.

Sixty five percent of the country is correct.

If Sarah Palin was a male, would "Sam Palin", previous Mayor of a town of less than ten thousand and Governor of a state with a population of less than 685,000 since December of 2006 be even mentioned as a possible candidate for President of the United States?

Only if "Sam Palin" was not white.

Liberals fawned over Barack Obama because he was liberal, "clean and articulate" and has the Politically Correct skin color and too many Conservatives are now fawning over Sarah Palin because she is conservative and has the Politically Correct gender.

Sarah Palin, in order to win a general Presidential election, needs to offer more than "I am a Conservative (great line in 1980 after four years of Jimmy Carter but terrible line after eight years of George W. Bush) and I have two X chromosomes".

"I am a Conservative and I have two X chromosomes" only resonates with Conservative Republicans although it shouldn't as we are not supposed to be advocates of Affirmative Action. Be that as it may, the last time I checked, we only make up 60% of the Republican Party that only makes up 28% of the total American electorate.

Sarah Palin needs to become U.S. Senator from Alaska, acquire some sort of experience in living in the Lower 48, accomplish something at the national level and then, in eight or twelve years, evaluate whether she has more to offer than simply being Conservative and female.

I don’t think she comes off catty, at least not to me. I do agree with everything else you said in the post.

Nope. No more phony “PR” coaching. I frankly wish that Governor Palin had slapped the feces out of “Katie” Couric, or that SOMEONE would. (Hate speech? That’s what “Katie” would call it.) SNL must never be given the time of day by the serious Governor Palin who needs to float her own boat from now on and not bow to any more of the RINOs or McCain media hogs. McCain grabbed defeat from the jaws of the victory that Gov. Palin could have helped him secure. He didn’t want it, but preferred “reaching across the aisle” and having his arm broken in two (more) places. He was too old and too tired to have kept on chasing his supposed dream of the Presidency. My suggestion is that he not run again. Those of us who rallied when she came into the mix got put off by his campaign bigwig’s sabotaging of the Governor - and then the erratic behavior during the “financial crisis” - poking us in the eye again.

needs to get a handle on her image, and quickly.

The time to get a handle on her image was the week after she was announced. But John F*n McCain and his band of slimy GOP douche bags were too busy and smartass for that mundane chore.

If 'Rat John Dean had been RNC Chair since 2004 instead of the pasty-faced assholes who really were in charge, McCain/Palin would almost certainly have won. Now that he's at loose ends maybe the GOP can hire him.

65% of what country? The USA?

C’mon—polls are useless and can be made to say anyhting. Most people don’t know a thing about her, only what the media portrays.

I for one am glad that we are hearing her side for a change.

And after seeing that puke McLoser on Neil Cavuto today, it is clear that McLoser would have been no different than Obama in handling the economy. It is easy to see why Sarah was allowed to be treated and handled so poorly.

The lady was not supposed to win. Only she didn’t get the memo.

When I think of what that SOB McQueeg did to her, it is obvious he never intended to win the election.

As opposed to Bush who came across as....not giving a damn about what the media thinks? Yeah, that really worked for him (sarcasm).

All she did was respond to Katie Couric trashing her to David Letterman... I think more of our politicians need to stand up to this bias.
