My whole family done give up on me
And it makes me feel oh so bad
The only one who will hang out with me
Is my dear old granddad
And we drink alone, yeah
With nobody else
Yeah, you know when I drink alone
I prefer to be by myself

I like Johnnie Walker myself. That Johnnie Walker Blue is some smooth stuff. As far as bourbons go Jack Daniels and Maker's Mark I find satisfying. Plus they are great to cook and marinate with. I also enjoy Bushmills Irish whiskey and Bushmills Black Bush.

Zima was actually named after Barney Frank’s Filipino “errand boy.”

Met him when I was working for the Al Haig campaign back in 1987. Very nice man.

I have been to both Portobello and “Panama Vieja,” the latter of which are the ruins of the city that Henry Morgan destroyed.

Regarding your items six and seven, you could have pointed out that Quinine was the first effective treatment for Malaria.
The old campaigners of the British Empire found Gin to be a tolerable way to cut the bitter taste of the Quinine tonic. They eventually developed a taste for the originally medicinal bitters or tonic with their Gin.

Glenmorangie 12 or 18 yr old is truly the nectar of god. If you can have a wee dram with a trusted friend without finishing the whole bottle you are a better man than I or my friends will ever be.

Hiram Walker is my choice!! Walker was a grocer who made his whiskey with the wonderful waters of the Detroit River. Usually cheap and fitting well in a paper bag. although the repeal of the Volstead Act temporarily hurt the profit picture enhanced by smuggling the product, today walker's Ten High is the toast of sleazy skid row bars everywhere.
