Enjoy Utah’s success! I would love to see them play against Florida or Oklahoma. Of course, that’s not gonna happen, but it would be a great game! A perfect season—you can’t ask for more. Congrats again!

I am also a Lobo fan, you should go back and check your recent history. Since 2002 UNM has gone 4-3 vs Utah. The Lobos gave Utah a scare this season but fell a little short.

Wow. As truly awesome as that would be, I don’t think there are enough AP voters that would vote us #1. I’m pretty sure our AP voter where I live (Boise) would, since he’s a U of U alum and all. :)
Once could also go back to the 1994 season when the Utes went into the New Mexico game ranked 8-0 and in the top 10, only to lose and then lose the next week at Air Force, thereby giving the WAC title to Colorado State.
