I used to go barefoot all the time.
Started wearing those ugly crocs in the house a couple years ago, and they help with all things painful. Wouldn’t go without them ever again.

I had some croc sandals. They weren’t the ugly famous type but the same brand and the same bottom section. They were so comfortable. I wore them every day for two years until they fell apart. I need to get another pair.

Don't forget 2 things: The FReepathon is underway, AND Steyn hosts Limbaugh's show today.

Well, I was not able to listen to Steyn, but I will do what I can for the FReepathon! I have a feeling we will be needing this place more than ever!

Great news about your foot, kassie.

I am constantly amazed how well I can walk since my hip replacement. I think Greg and Sarah have trouble keeping up with me in the aisles of a grocery store. LOL

Jem and LB, I started wearing the crocs from 5 Below 2 years ago and I wear them all of the time now. Mine cost me just $5.00 a piece. I've bought them at K-Mart too for seven or eight dollars, but they are not as comfortable as the five dollar ones.

Hubby tried to get me a pair with a fleese lining in my favorite NFL team colors this Christmas. But the NFL Shop didn't sell them with the team logo for the Panthers. sigh

We have a croc outlet store not far from us. They are really, really cheap there. I bought ‘Mary Janes’ crocs and wore them until they literally fell apart. I loved them. It was like walking on marshmallows.

You are so right about that. I have refused to read or listen to any news source other than this place and Rush Limbaugh since Bloody Tuesday. I just don't need the bad news.
