Reading a series of conflicting medical studies increases my risk of consuming whatever the hell I want by 100%.

Wine is good for you. They’ve done studies. I guess the only side effect is that it kills you.

I don’t care. I’m going to continue plying Mrs. 40 with wine so I can remain handsome.

that’s a lot more than the recommended dose for heart health, ie one drink 3 times a week.

Define “large”. Regardless, I’m probably fracked.

I never worry about quantity. My doctor says, “I usually recommend a glass of wine in the evening for my patients - but not for you!”

That's why I drink directly from the bottle.

The warning appears to conflict with other studies which suggest moderate alcohol intake can help combat heart disease.

How is that in conflict? It could both help the heart and damage the colon. There is no reason why those would necessarily be in conflict. (But then if I paid attention to the MSM about science I would be on the global warming bandwagon.)

Clearly, the study is flawed.

They did not isolate for even numbered glasses of wine -
just odd numbered. Talk about bias!

This is just a guess, but I’d postulate that in addition to being against wine and beer, Caroline Gammel (the author) is also against hamburgers, cigarettes, male ejaculations and men telling crude jokes about feminists.
