I think the ride is way more important (and fun) than the end. Might as well enjoy that ride with wine because the end will probably suck regardless.

Cholesterol was debunked a couple years ago in peer-reviewed studies, but I guess the cardio and cholesterol businesses shut that line of discussion down pretty quickly.

Soon enough, cholesterol was back with its familiar monster-in-the-closet scare stories.
