Where is wideawake?

Please forgive the vanity, but I and others have noticed that wideawake hasn't posted anything for over three weeks. I have contacted the mods and he hasn't been banned or suspended. And I must admit that I have been very concerned for some time.
In addition to being perhaps my only ally on a wide range of issues wideawake is one of the most intelligent people on this forum (his IQ has got to be something!). I can't help but think it isn't like him to just disappear for so long without telling someone here. Yet he has and, so far as I know, no one has posted in his behalf to tell us if he was planning on being away for any length of time.
I've PM'ed him and received no answer. The mods haven't heard from him. I'm really worried. I don't know what to do, but I'm hoping someone out there knows him in real life and can tell us something.
Widey, where are you???

Been checking on him occasionally also. Hope he is well, I miss his history lessons and sharp as a razor wit/retorts.I know.
While the anonymity of the Internet is great, sometimes I wonder if we each shouldn't have at least one person who can check up on us IRL if need be. Probably not a good idea though.

Thanks, though you really only need to worry if I miss posting my weekly Bible readings on strday night.
Widey's been gone for over three weeks with no one having heard anything from him. That is downright scary.

I'm beginning to think he's not coming back. And this place is going to be terribly lonesome for me without him. He was always an ally.
