...........and a HAPPY NEW YEAR to you Amy and to all you here at Amy’s Place!! Doubt if our household will see in the new. I am fixing breakfast for company in the AM. We live about 5 minutes from the start of the Rose Parade and usually watch the Stealth Bomber go over head!! SO we party in the AM~!

Happy New Year to all and their families, we went out with our little one to a pre-New Years Dinner and everything was fine, stopped by Grandpa and Grandma’s and then she started running a fever: spiked to a 102!!!!! Gave her a little Children’s Motrin and fever is going down, she is sleeping soundly. My little Angel, Mama is feeling down now. Well, hope the might is smooth sailing./Just Asking - seoul62......

We don’t even have to show up evey other license renewal. Every 8 years we go in for a new photo and eye test and $47 and we’re in like Flynn.

Just had to go renew mine a couple months ago. Got the card in the mail—said to come in as early as possible cause they were backed up and to allow 6 weeks for new license to come in mail. I was there -30 mins and walked out with it in my grubby paw. Shaking head. They have no idea what’s going on.

Had to take a vision test, which I passed—barely. Had to go get glasses, but at least there aren’t any restrictions on my license so if I forget to wear them maybe I won’t get a ticket if I get pulled. :)

My license cost $28.00 ... I think they will be good for five years. Mine will come in the mail ... I’m not sure how long it will take but I do have a temporary license. It expires the end of February.

I do have a restriction that I must wear glasses. I’ve had that on my license for ages.
