Let's all remember him with a cigar this weekend.
I'm sure there is some benefit to diet and exercise, but an awful lot of this stuff seems like a roll of the dice to me.
I am 53 and have Prostate cancer, so I can empathize with his family and friends. Ironic isn’t it, that he die of cancer. My afternoon, Cuesta Rey Cabinet 1884, will be enjoyed in loving memory.
...roll of the dice, and what happens in your family’s past. Bad blood stays around, and is passed down the line.
I've always blamed advice in that book for screwing up my back.
I think it is the water that causes the deaths, have you noticed how everyone who dies has consumed water, they bath in it, they wash their dishes and clothes in it, it is downright scary.

Ping.
I am 51 and had a skin cancer tumor on my chest. I ripped it off. F*** cancer.
My father needed a heart valve replaced in his 60’s. He went into the hospital, the surgery was successful, hip hip hooray!. The incision became infected. His sternum bone rotted. They had to remove it and poored a chlorine solution (aka bleach) directly into the cavity for 11 months. He survived for a couple of years afterwards with almost no quality of life. My father in law is in an Alheimer’s ward a half a mile from my house. He sits in a dirty diaper and cries. He used to drive trains in steel mills.
I want to die before 70 in my own home or in the woods or fishing. I will have to be tazed to ever go into a hospital.
