REMEMBER 9/11: The WTC, Flight 93 and the Pentagon!
Never, never forget the attacks on our country.
We need to be ready to protect this country from all who would do her harm, both foreign and DOMESTIC.
Good morning.
Good Morning. It’s great to see you are feeling so good!
If I knew it was going to be this easy, I would have had it done 1 year ago.
I must give credit to my doctor. He's the best!
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.Thank you.
Safe travels and have fun.
Good morning.
BBL. PT guy is coming soon.
FRmails later on...
Good morning to you good folks. It will be interesting to see what is going to happen today.
LBKQ, safe travels. You will be missed.
Good luck today at the horsepittle. We’re keeping you in our thoughts and close to our hearts.
I’ve been missing you. How are you?
Did you see my middle of the night post? My nerves aren’t good....wonder what on earth this day will bring? I am so distrustful of Washington!!!
I’ll have the waffle, thank you. How’re you doing today, lysie?
Ping to our fine ATRW list. I know we don’t usually ping the list in the middle of the week, but since we had to restart, it may require some orientation assistance.
Let’s see, the news of the day, McCain has suspended campaigning for a few days in order to get to work as a Senator. Since Nobama has never done any work as a senator, he hasn’t. If Nobama wants to continue THE DEBATE (and how important is THAT anyway?), it has been suggested that Sarah Palin debate with Nobama.
Lysie is out of the hospital and Toby is in. Prayers for those taking care of mothers and safe travels to those on the road. We remember those ATRW members who are no longer with us (Kayak is much missed and we’ve just learned that Kachina has gone, too).
We have work to do. STAY VIGILANT AND DON’T BE DISTRACTED BY THE GNATS!
Thank you kassie. How are you feeling? Are you better able to move around with your walker shoe?
Sure sorry to read where you were up and about in the wee hours. It’s hard not to worry about the future of our nation. I hope you can rest today. Take care.
The next time you wake up because you are worried about things that are beyond your control, I want you to run this poem through your head. Mentally say the words over and over, slowly, and think about what each line means. Insert your name whenever a first person pronoun is used (I, me, my).
The Twenty-third Psalm
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
Now, I am off to the Clinic...Love and hugs, B
Head's up, everybody.
Bev - This IS a worrisome time. I think most of us do feel vulnerable. My hope is that our nations’ leaders will step up to do the right thing, and let the reality of our financial future in face of these debts change their future decisions.
Good to see your face in the pic, btw. Always nice to put face with name.
Kassie - hows the restoration going?
Lysie - thanks for cyber food. I love the calorie content. SO happy your recovery is going well.
Jem - HI! Thanks for this, and re diabetes, it was said that c-section babies are not exposed to bacteria that reside in the body during a natural birth.
Have a great day, ALL
