Good morning!
The non-partisan National Tax Policy Center has examined Obama's economic plans for us and predicts they would add 3.4 trillion dollars to the national debt. Not exactly fiscal responsibility is it?
The Russian/Georgian war moves into its second, dangerous week.

Putin loves Nobama because all he sees is weakness and appeasement...it must be the same as Chamberlain looked when he visited Hitler...;-))

Working from home is cool, or what? No gas expenses. Pay bills online, get paychecks online. Freep all day and night on the spare laptop. I'm loving it.

(I remember the days when we used to have 70 posts before 10am....;-)) Well, now you've gone and done it. :-)
Quick! Someone stop me!
Too late.
Those were the days, my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd sing and dance forever and a day
We'd live the life we'd choose
We'd fight and never lose
For we were young and sure to have our way

It's a Small World By Richard M. and Robert B. Sherman
It's a world of laughter,
A world of tears.
It's a world of hopes,
And a world of fears.
There's so much that we share,
That it's time we're aware,
It's a small world after all.
Chorus:
It's a small world after all.
It's a small world after all.
It's a small world after all.
It's a small, small world.
There is just one moon,
And one golden sun.
And a smile means,
Friendship to every one.
Though the mountains divide,
And the oceans are wide,
It's a small world after all.
Chorus:
It's a small world after all.
It's a small world after all.
It's a small world after all.
It's a small, small world.
(Repeat ad nauseam until it's permanently etched into your neural synapses.)
I win.

You know, I am trying to figure out the last time a U.S. presidential candidate came off as so down on his own country...I mean, the question from a 7-year old should have been a home run for Nobama, yet he fumbled it and ended up looking like..well, like one of America's Biggest Detractors.
If you run for President of a Country Club, or ANY club for that matter, who wants to elect you if all you can do is tear down the organization and constantly bad-mouth it???
I am incensed that Nobama, with no specifics, states flatly that America is no longer great and, further, no longer capable of being great. And this guy wants MY vote???
He and his wife reek of preferences and privilege, yet rail at our society for not being 'fairer'. Nobama doesn't even swell with pride at the National Anthem. Should there not be an aptitude test for dipwads who want to be president? ;-))

It's homecoming week, and I don't have a dress. Sheesh. I wish I had some warning. I need a sarong that goes with red pumps.

2/3'rds, you are now on a local democrat watch-list for daring to verbally deny your infatuation with ZEROMAN. I'm sure the door-knocker was stunned.
Bit, that article on the Kremlin Capers sends shivers down my spine. Quote:
"The director has been invited, and he suddenly became ill," said Mr. Putin, according to the Moscow Times. "I think he should get well as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will have to send him a doctor and clean up all the problems." Mr. Zyuzin had been hospitalized a day earlier with heart problems.
Coming from Mr. Putin, such talk is nothing short of terrifying: Consider the fate of former Yukos CEO Mikhail Khodorkovsky, now in jail in Siberia while Yukos's assets were gobbled up by state-owned oil company Rosneft. Investors swiftly took note: Mechel's stock dropped by more than 33% in a day, while the Russian exchange fell by 9%.

Serious question here.
Do different types of birds breed? For instance, would a cardinal mate with a pyrrhuloxia?
Also, do juvenile cardinals ever have white feathers on the belly?
Are any feathers on the underside of cardinals orange, as in flourescent spray-paint orange?
