I am just watching the weather channel Pretty wide swath..nothing certain yet. Hope this one doesn’t get too strong.
Fay just lingered and lingered..like Alicia did several years ago ..I was in Houston at my daughter’s for that one..It wasn’t even a hurricane..but the flooding was awful.

Bless you, you dear girl. I have been searching for a “Good” Banana Bread recipe for years, and if this is the one, well.....I’ll give you my treasured recipe for Grape-nut Pudding/Custard. It won first prize at the Slocum Fair in 1942. ;) I also have a recipe for Sugar Cookies that are to die for, from the same old recipe book.
My SIL stole my Mom’s recipe after she died, and it was the best. She refused to share it with my sister and I, and if you don’t think that was a bone of contention....:(
Anyway, I will give this a shot very soon. I trust you and your taste-buds. :)

Good afternoon to you, Meg. I finally found my Doggie pics online. Sheesh, I have far too many albums. He's gone now, but never forgotten. He had a rough birth besides being the runt of the litter and needed my help, and he was mine for all his dog years after that. His name was Jim, but I called him Precious more often than not, and he was. ;)
