Good Luck with your concrete mixer business, Rus. It looks like a great idea and one that should take off.
Happy Weekend.

It looks like something my family would enjoy on a Sunday morning.
I will get to the store again next week and pick up some cornmeal.

Pascals Prayer
Whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31
Blaise Pascal, the brilliant 17th-century intellectual, made significant contributions in the fields of science and mathematics. He established the groundwork for the development of mechanical calculators and modern hydraulic operations.
As a young man, Pascal had a profound encounter with Jesus Christ. This life-changing experience motivated him to refocus his study from science and math to theology.
Pascal wrote a remarkable prayer that can help each believer in facing the tasks of life. He prayed: Lord, help me to do great things as though they were little, since I do them with Your power; and little things as though they were great, since I do them in Your name.
Pascals supplication is profoundly scriptural. Paul said, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me (Phil. 4:13) and admonishes us that whatever you do, do all to the glory of God (1 Cor. 10:31). Pascal echoes these admonitions to depend upon God for His power and to view every act as important, since it will reflect on His glory.
The next time you face a huge task, remember that God is your strength. And when you encounter a seemingly insignificant one, determine to do it with excellence to the glory of God.
If you have some work to do,
Start this very hour;
You supply the willingness,
God supplies the power. Anon.

Planning Stage
Just what could she be thinking, with so bemused a gaze?
Is she contempating something in the past, or is it future days?
She has her choice of suitors, and clearly has a plan.
Perhaps she hasnt figured out which one will be her man.
Shes going to make him work for it, before she tries to please,
Whoever wants to win her hand should practice on his knees.
Shell make a very loving wife, there clearly is no doubt,
And by the time of choosing she will have it all worked out.
Shell make him want to win the world, and bring it home to her,
And everything she wants to have, hes certain to prefer.
Theyll have the happiest marriage, hes destined to agree,
Because shell clearly make her stand, before he bends his knee.

National Sponge Cake Day
Lemon Sponge Cake
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup cake flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
6 tablespoons hot milk
DIRECTIONS:
Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder. In a large bowl, beat eggs until fluffy and lemon coloured. Gradually beat in sugar. Stir in lemon juice and flavoring. Today California is celebrating its annual Accordion Festival.

California at the Finest
Police in Oakland, California spent two hours attempting to subdue a gunman who had barricaded himself inside his home. After firing ten teargas canisters, officers discovered that the man was standing beside them, shouting out to give himself up.
~~
Police in Los Angeles had good luck with a robbery suspect who just couldn't control himself during a line-up. When detectives asked each man in the line-up to repeat the words, "Give me all your money or I'll shoot", the man shouted, "That's not what I said!"
~~
In Modesto, CA, Steven Richard King was arrested for trying to hold up a bank of America branch without a weapon. King used a thumb and a finger to simulate a gun but unfortunately he failed to keep his hand in his pocket.
