Thanks to ExSoldier for da ping! Read the story and the poll wording.

FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. (looks like a medium volume list) (gordongekko909, founder of the pinglist, stays on the list until his ghost signs up for the list)

Disney not being the government, the terms of its employment contracts should be left entirely to the results of private negotiation.

>> Can Disney ban employees from bringing guns to work?

Yeah — they really can. The Constitution forbids government infringement on the right to keep and bear arms. Private property rights still prevail — Disney can keep firearms off of their property to whatever extent they desire. The 2nd Amendment is not applicable to Disney.

The constitution only states that the government shall not infringe on a person’s right to bear arms.

Disney has every right to prohibit fire arms on privately owned property.

I didn't see a poll on that page but it should have been worded like this:

"Should Goofy have a gun?"

Question: Does the employee work in the Disney post office?
