Disney not being the government, the terms of its employment contracts should be left entirely to the results of private negotiation.

Until the law is repealed any lawfully armed individual (with exceptions including my circumstances as a public school teacher) with a CCW permit may bring his firearm and leave it locked in his car at the work site because no business has the right to deny me the right to self defense on the roads to and from work.

The dispute centers aound having a weapon in your car which is your personal property and not Disney property. State law allows weapons in your personal vehicle.

Disney not being the government, the terms of its employment contracts should be left entirely to the results of private negotiation. This is one of those on the fence ones. It seems to be a clash between private property and gun rights. On one hand, citizens are demanding the right to carry and the State law does allow people to keep guns in their car, however, on the other hand, what rights does Disney have in saying what can or cannot be brought on its private property.

Sorry, but an Individual Right granted by the Almighty and protected by the US Constitution trumps your private negotiation every day!
