Disney not being the government, the terms of its employment contracts should be left entirely to the results of private negotiation.

This is one of those on the fence ones. It seems to be a clash between private property and gun rights. On one hand, citizens are demanding the right to carry and the State law does allow people to keep guns in their car, however, on the other hand, what rights does Disney have in saying what can or cannot be brought on its private property.
