The dispute centers aound having a weapon in your car which is your personal property and not Disney property. State law allows weapons in your personal vehicle.

This really is a tough one.

On the one hand, you have a VERY SPECIFIC right, the right to self defense of the method of your choosing,

then you have the property owners - Disney,

on which you have another piece of property, the vehicle.

Hmmm.. still have to go with the real (estate) property owner - Disney.

The employee could keep his gun in his vehicle if it were parked on public property, not private.

Don’t get me wrong- big gun rights person here, but I also am a big property rights person.
