This really is a tough one.
On the one hand, you have a VERY SPECIFIC right, the right to self defense of the method of your choosing,
then you have the property owners - Disney,
on which you have another piece of property, the vehicle.
Hmmm.. still have to go with the real (estate) property owner - Disney.
The employee could keep his gun in his vehicle if it were parked on public property, not private.
Don’t get me wrong- big gun rights person here, but I also am a big property rights person.
Perhaps those coming down the the side of carrying weapons should ponder whether someone has a right to post a sign:
Do not come on my property with a gun.
No it isn't.
Is Disney stepping up to provide the armed protection for their employees both to work from wherever they are coming from, and to wherever they are going afterwards?
If they are not replacing the armed protection they are attempting to deny their employees then they are Morally, Ethically, and Legally wrong.

Personally, I think my right to self-defense trumps your property right. If you own a business, do you have it posted “no firearms allowed”?
If so, let me know where and what it is, so I can arrange never to go there.
