Newby asks "Ping to 'All'"?

In the 'pings' set in some comments, besides the expected member names, I have seen the word 'All'. Does that 'ping' the message to everyone who already left a comment on that thread? How about those who comment after? And are there other 'special' words, besides 'All'?

Strangely, there is a poster named “zot”. Yep, that's me. I took my nic from the sound lightning makes in the BC comic strip before ZOT received its special meaning in this forum.
Note: If you're from the South, you should ping "Y'all"

Especially when some troll says, “I suppose you’re going to zot me”, having you drop by and say “Hello” would be perfect.
