I down loaded it last week and had to use system restore to get rid of it . It kept shutting down due to encountering some difficulty . I guess you have had no such problems . Any advice would be appreciated .

Even before SP1 was released I have been getting a "windows can not check for updates" message and thus can not get the updates and when I tried to download SP1 hoping it would fix that, SP1 won't download.
Any ideas?

My idea of a service pack for the Vista “operating system” would be to boot up to a ‘live CD’ and ‘FORMAT c:’
Vista is a curse to anyone who has a computer it’s installed on....
