I down loaded it last week and had to use system restore to get rid of it . It kept shutting down due to encountering some difficulty . I guess you have had no such problems . Any advice would be appreciated .
Can’t say I know why it worked for me, and not you.
Sorry to hear it did not solve your problems, but it sure cleared up some aggravations for me. Last week i was seriously looking at trying to find out if I could get a “downgrade” disk to XP from my PCs Manufacturer, as it’s a laptop with lots of custom programs on it, that i’d have had to have found work arounds, if I just bought a retail copy of XP. and finally gave up on the idea.
OK, What version of Vista are you running? Is this new or older hardware? Do you have a sound card or video card, or is it all on-board? etc... I know there are some documented problems with certain INTEL on-board chip sets, so even if you don’t give me this information, I would recommend making sure that all of your system drivers are up to date previous to the installation.
For me it is the Sigma Tel Audio driver and another one I don't recall. Maybe you have similar issues.
