Well, I have made bagels only a couple of times but you have to let them sit overnite, then boil them, then let them dry, and then bake them. And you really have to use bread flour...;-))

Here is the Naan bread I bought today

Justa do you notice container of Coffeemate you sent me (long since gone but now has just ordinary powdered coffee creamer in it).

When I was in town this aftenoon shopping I decided to pop into the Memorial Gardens and see what the flowers were. They were just yellow ones either side of the war memorial simple but very stunning.
