Well, I have made bagels only a couple of times but you have to let them sit overnite, then boil them, then let them dry, and then bake them. And you really have to use bread flour...;-))

When I was in town this aftenoon shopping I decided to pop into the Memorial Gardens and see what the flowers were. They were just yellow ones either side of the war memorial simple but very stunning.

In this photo is a close up of bench you can see in the first photo which is a bench dedicated to those servicemen in our area that lost their lives in the Korean War
