Pres. Bush will discuss the airline inspection debacle with the Transportation Sec. today.
O spent the weekend deflecting Hillary's vigorous attacks over his PA comments from last weekend. Time will tell how successful he is.
Hi Dog. I wonder if this might be an indicator that the MSM (at least ABC) has started to focus on getting McCain elected?

Bless your heart, Molly, I’m sorry to hear about your Mom. Prairie is right about bed sores. They are the bane of nursing care. I remember one patient who suffered from one. It was uncomfortable. We didn’t have the knowledge or techniques they have and use today. Prayers for your strength and her healing.
If the MSM realizes that neither Obama or Hillary can win, they will pretend they have backed McCain all along, so as to keep their illusions of power.
I watched that debate last night, and HIllary eviscerated Obama. She was NOT nice. The Obama people are whining about how he “didn’t have enough prep time” and how “he didn’t get to talk about the issues.”
Obama supporters think he is owed the nominatin because he leads by 200 delegates (never mind that he doesn’t have a majority). They are not going to be pleased if Hillary is given the nomination instead (which I think quite likely). If I were you, Two Thirds, I would arrange my vacation for the week of the convention. That is what I am telling my husband to do. Denver is going to be nightmare.
I know, it seems the libs, my sister, just cannot keep their thoughts to themselves. They have to blab all that jibberish AT someone. It’s difficult to keep my mouth shut.
Liberals ALWAYS are the ones who start political discussions, because they think they are so smart that no one could possibly disagree with them.
I have noticed this in my own family. Many times. Many, many times.
GOOD MORNING, doc appt today, will not fall in the shower as I did yesterday and stayed all ‘stoved’ up all day. That is a ‘no-no’ but I did it and am paying the price for that fall.

I quit keeping my mouth shut. In fact, one time I lost my cool, and the resulting explosion caused the sisters to decide that politics was out of bounds at family gatherings (or at least while the parents were there.) Did hear a few whinings about “not being able to discuss ...” but never had to put up with the liberal bullshots again.
That’s exactly it, Miss Marple. They’re so damned righteous and superior, you can tell they think they are the fount of all knowledge and truth.

Well, I have mixed feelings about Fast Eddie Rendell, because he was probably the best politician I have ever seen until Der Schlickmeister came along (as in: feint one way and then do another). But, I have more animosity for Western PA than I do for Fast Eddie, so I actually voted for Ed Rendell over the empty suit from PittPA the R’s were running. And overall, even though he is a slease, PA has survived (and, we got casinos and the helmet law repealed! HA!) Wouldn’t vote for him again, though...;-))
I find that my liberal relatives always start the political jabs, then, accuse the conservatives of doing it first.
