It’s “Kiss the sky.”
Trust me.
It was all about drugs.

What seems to be the problem here?

What seems to be the problem here? I forgot to add, "not that there's anything wrong with that?"

"YMCA" was only #2? I...on second thought, let's not go there.

I know “Seasons in the Sun,” and I think someone else mentioned it in the thread, so it should definitely be on the list. (This isn’t my list, by the way.)
I am not familiar with your other two nominations. I suppose that’s good news for me.
To: Blood of Tyrants
I remember hearing them both, back to back on FM radio “Twofer Tuesdays” back then.
Torture.
Pure torture....:))

LOL!
That’s gonna make the email rounds....:))
IMO, the thing that made that song popular was the fact that a riff from Hendrix’s “Third Stone From The Sun” is used in it.

So how did you get over the no-depth-perception thing?
(And that disco ball...ouch!)

That song was written by Jon Voight’s brother who also gave us “Wild Thing”.

nope nope nope - all of you are mistaken, sorry to tell you. The *absolute* gayest 80’s song of all time is “Chains of Love” by Erasure. It breaks the gaydar. It’s the official and certified butt-nut national anthem. There is no competition. I don’t know what’s wrong w/ the poofters in Oz (other than the obvious) that they missed this...

Most of the Erasure discography should be on the list.
My wife likes Erasure. [shudder]

I am not familiar with your other two nominations. I suppose thats good news for me.Yes count yourself lucky. However, if you watch football, you might know the Minnie Riperton song. They made a commercial where the Steelers lost their "Who let the dgs out" CD, and replaced it with "loving you". The commercial ends with Jerome Bettis, looking up at the speakers, with consternation..
To: MarkL
If you have an opportunity, catch the first song on the CD. The backbeat is crazy good!
