My Dragon Fly and Me

If I could be a Dragon Fly
and wing my way through the sky
I would never be shy
just me and my Dragon Fly!

By moonlight we ride the wind
chase the comets tail for fun
by day we would hide from the sun
our fragile wings would come undone

On darkest nights we would use
fireflies as our guide
we would dip and we would glide
through the heavens open wide
and scatter diamonds in the night sky
my Dragon Fly and me...

And we would wing past our lovers
silent in the night...
to kiss their face in our flight
much to their surprise and delight
my Dragon Fly and me in sight...

Such a view do we share
away up here in the air
of breezes soft through our hair
my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Good morning everyone! Hopefully everything is great on your Saturday and you can relax, where appropriate.

70 and sunny all day, now some really nice clouds blew in here. Hoping for a shower at least.

No..they usually trot by fast, pausing for a drink out of the birdbath.
My raccoons returned after several days of no show about 4am when I awoke and one stood up against the sliding door..They were rewarded with triple rations..I had to hide awhile so they would move away from the door..One looks like he would come right on in the house..I don’t think a raccoon in the living room would be good for the decor!

The fox on the patio
leerily looks in
to warm scenes of
friendship and a handful
of gin
Meg's, backyard menagerie
of raccoons and birds, with one
skiddish fox, coming around on weekends!

Meg, happily shares the back yard romps
of her resident furry friends, looking
for a hand out!
Thanks Meg!

I love doing action shots with a 35 MM, I have a picture of one of my grandsons jumping into the swimming pool, his hair is standing on end. Kids and animals make good action shot material.
