About James Clerk Maxwell's poem, OESY ...
I don't know, it seems kinda formulaic.
.
(That's a joke, folks. Maxwell is quite famous for his elegant expression of the fundamentals of electricity and magnetism, as linked above.)

But what is the significance of the green onions? I was going to say it was to hide our bad breath, but yorkie has furnished a more credible and studied explanation for the leeks.

Hey, weren't you impressed that I learned Welsh just to wish you a Happy Saint David's Day? ;-)
I certainly learned a lot today, not the least of which is that there is a Welsh language. I had no idea.

I met him once. Had us over to his house in Stamford. Played tennis with him
and his wife. He used to play with Ivan Lendl. The formula worked for a while.
Maxwell sings This Woman's Work.

I was hoping you hadn't put the curse of Christmases Past on me. (I haven't had time to do my translations homework.) But, the same to you! LOL!

More to the point: Yes, I really am impressed by your language ability and research.
BTW, in your travels, did you ever swing by Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch?

Feeling a little better, thanks. OESY perked me up a bit. Had a little trouble keeping up with his posts though, especially since this cold medicine has slowed me down a bit.
