We’re getting some winter at home too. In fact our #1 house is without heat right now.

Of course half of NH is out of power from the icy conditions. Lots of trees down. We have a machine that calls us when the temp goes below 45 degrees. Hopefully it will warm up tomorrow and the next day if the power is still out. They’re saying that a lot of places will be out until Monday at least. Oh well, our heating guy is on it. He said they are charging $2,500 right now for a compressor. Wow,...guess they are shipping some in from MA, too. He has one tho and will hook us up if needed, when his Mom and Dad are thru using it.

Yes, it’s cold here too, but not like there, lol. Mid sixties, so we’re not suffering much. ;)

Glad you’re enjoying all that snow, it’s the only way to go when you have it. (It’s been a long time since I did cross-country, but I loved it.) I’m just glad that Al isn’t doing all the shoveling anymore, especially with two houses. We still love it tho, and I miss those storms. My daughter sent us some pics of the ice there. It’s a mess. They are on Flicker,...I’ll see if I’m allowed to tief one.

Me..........I’m just sewing, wrapping, and getting things ready to send in the mail.

Oh....I’ll shut up now, but I’ll drop my email in FMail so you can send me some pics. (This “Old Bag” has another Bag to tackle.)

Hi Darlin’. I can’t believe you got snow. Good grief what a crazy cooooooooooold winter. Sheesh is it even legal yet?

No booeymans, just life, and that’s bad enough sometimes, lol.

Keep your knickers handy, you just might need them again. ;) No snow here in Fla-dah yet, but those chickens could come home to roost yet.

Floridians would come and string me up if I sent it that way.
Any clocks you left plugged in will be blinking in NH when you get back in Spring.

Hi Gran! The "sneaux" day was absolutely crazy and very magical. LOL It was also wonderful because it came, everyone had great fun playing in it and then just as quickly it was all gone. The weather was pretty warm over the weekend, but today its overcast, muggy and the temp just barely got up to 53. Gloomy. Tomorrow its supposed to be in the high 70s and then the next day somewhere in the low 80s.

Sorry, that its been so cold and blizzardy in NH... hope the family are all faring well. Its a bummer that it hit in the midst of holiday preparations.

LOL You were right about the longjohn search... well, at least the ski underwear. It was so much fun, one of those soft, perfect snowfalls. It quickly covered everything and it was very beautiful. Fortunately, it was brief and now we’re back to our usual mild winter weather.

In a word... Bleeping NO... oh, wait... thats 2 words, isn't it. LOL.

Truly, I'm trying not to think about it because everytime I do it makes me ill. We're going to have to hear everything little thing she says, does, wears, eats, thinks, ... over and over again ... Four loooooong years of gushing, awestruck, stomach turning reporting...

oweeee. That makes me shiver and my face hurts, just reading your post. LOL No kidding, I know we have it good... we're back to sweater weather for the most part. Although, we all pulled out the fur coats last week. LOL Its been kinda damp, chilly and so gloomy looking all day... I decided to stay in to wrap gifts and hopefully will finish off the rest of my shopping and mailing tomorrow.

Gotta skeedaddle... so I can finish getting ready for little par-tee. :) Good to see ya :)

-24°? Sorry tundra gurl, but I've seen that only once here, and I thought the world had come to an end.

Don't you worry though, It's only so cold because of globul warming. If it continues to get warmer like it is, soon Darlin will be able to watch them play hockey outside like we do........

I think he may be, certainly he was once a fan.......I think they were good for one year back in the eighties sometime.

So in between ads of cows flying into the stadium, you two can trash talk each other during the game......

S N E A U X!!!!!!!

Darlin', While headed west last week I had the pleasure of being caught in that snowjam on I-12 Thursday morning. Jack-knifed tractor-trailers and cars off the road were everywhere. We sat there for almost three hours before finding a way out near Hammond (I think). According to the news, the I-12 mess lasted several hours more. I measured the snow on the guardrail at 7".

I hope someone called AlGore.

PS--Spent night before last in New Orleans. Wonderful room overlooking the river. Enjoyed it very much. It's a great place to visit.

catpuppy a Ga Tech grad

No, although I did sell cokes and peanuts at Grant Field there in the 1950's when I wasn't sneaking into the games. I graduated from Georgia State University (not to be confused with the University of Georgia) which, by the way, has hired Bill Curry to begin a football program in the next year or so.

S N E A U X!!!!!!!

The global warming has been so severe I have seen pictures of snow in New Orleans, Las Vegas, and Malibu all in one week. The amazing power of the all inclusive theory.........

*rolls eyes*
