Did you see that incident in Ohio wher a cop keeps tazing a woman? He tazes her, she screams, he barks at her to “shut up””, and then he tazes her again (for not shutting up), cauusing her to scream in pain again, which is met by a command to “shut up”, and so forth. Really weird.
