A TEENAGE couple having sex for the first time were interrupted when candles set fire to the girl's attic bedroom and forced them to flee naked from her parents' house, German daily Bild reported today.
The girl had wanted to create a romantic atmosphere for the occasion. But when the room suddenly became engulfed with flames, they had to make a hasty escape.
The couple, both 18, were pictured naked in the paper among the burned wreckage of the attic.

That is not really very fair.
But I am sure it sold a lot of papers.
Obviously they failed to consumate their intent, which probably is a message from some superior being or other from somehwere.
Perhaps marriage might be advisable for the two, if they are suited to one another.

I think this is more a sign that the Almighty does not even approve of them being around each other in a platonic relationship. He has a lot of weapons to keep people from having sex without resorting to fire.

In German Bild means photo. It’s half-serious half-tabloid. Always amusing.

Which do you think we'll get first: limerick or haiku?

I wonder if they were playing the tune, "Burning Down The House," while copulating. I forget who sings that.
