If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Hi Kathy, thanks for the wonderful music we appreciate it very much. Hope you’ve had a nice day. Very cool here now, too cool for comfort. I have to dress for winter to stay warm. Outside is warmer than inside. Oh well, that’s life. ;)

I cannot imagine being cold unless I lower the thermostat ..It’s HOT here!..I have had two lazy days..but I am still wandering around in my new laptop trying to figure out Vista. I think the vacuum cleaner has been sitting in the living room for 4 days..LOL
Thank you...I love Iris, too. Rest well, Soaring Feather.

Pondering Summer
I love the sounds of laugher glad
And kids playing under the sun
The way a kite reaches for God
And how he makes it dance upon His breath so light
How clouds play charades a tad
And then move on when they are done
Teasing the watchers who smile and nod
And take this summer day from dawn to gentle night

Not really sure just what day it is today, I believe that I read Monday. It has been crazy at work and will continue for a while. Sorry about the weekend breakfast menus. Hope that all are well and getting stronger and that the weather is a non issue where you live.

Not to worry about the menus, work has to come before play.
The weather here is just cool and damp now, really miserable IMHO. What makes it worse for me is that I am not that active now so I get chilled. Just have to take weather as it comes.
Nice you can stop around when you can.

Good morning everyone!
A secret garden of my own
in mossy woods with babbling brooks
the warm sun peeking in on afternoons
of solace trips with Mother Nature and her kids!
The element of water talking softly over the rocks
a whispering wind lifting locks of tousled hair,
like Goldilocks,
the chatter of chipmunk play
amuses all on this day!
A curious fawn on a small adventure
snapping twigs along the way
has her mamma's ears perked on alert
for dangers along the way.
Fantasy trips on order today
for reality shows a cloud filled day
and rain falling steadily down
'tis this day I have found.
